The typical law firm has a lot of moving parts and a high volume of marketing and business tactics. To avoid perpetuating a culture of “random acts of lunch,” a modern business development function relies increasingly on data and analytics to establish priorities, inform business decisions, allocate resources, and measure ROI.
In this session, we will discuss this trend and cite examples of these concepts in action. While there is a perception that lawyers resist change, it’s just as likely that we have not properly made the case for change. By relying on data, we can do better.
Key takeaways:
  • Understanding the role of data and analytics
  • Examples of ideas in action
