The Future of CRM and the CRM of the Future

PRESENTED BY: Chris Fritsch

September 20, 2017 | 11:30 AM – 1:15 PM

A lot has changed in the world of law firm CRM. There are new systems, new hosting options and new features for existing systems. With so much change, we have to wonder where this is all heading.

In this session, Chris Fritsch, a CRM success consultant, will demystify the future of CRM, offer some predictions and explore system options and exciting new features that can provide firms with real value including:

  • Signature scraping
  • Relationship scoring
  • Opportunity pipeline
  • Activity and referral tracking
  • Business card scanning
  • Company data enhancement

While the future may be uncertain, what is clear is that CRM success will depend as much on people and process as technology. Chris will share information, ideas and best practices to help firms:

  • Overcome adoption issues
  • Secure leadership and attorney buy-in
  • Communicate and train effectively
  • Deal with data quality
